Access Detailed Pages
The Reservation Details page contains hyperlinked texts that you can click to view more detailed information on the Patient Details, Calculation, Surgeon Details, and Order Details (if applicable).

Note: For reservations imported from OCOS, the calculation is locked and cannot be accessed through the hyperlinked text. However, imported OCOS calculations may be copied into a new set of pre-op data. Refer to How to Copy a Saved Pre-Op Data to a New Set.
Featured Buttons – Direct Customer and Distributor
1. Add to Cart: adds the lens in reservation to cart
2. Remove from cart (when applicable): remove the reserved lens from shopping cart
3. Cancel: cancels the lens in reservation
4. IOD/SID: prompt the IOD/SID screen pop-up. From the screen, you can generate the IOD/SID

Featured Buttons – Surgeons Who Order Through a Distributor
1. Pre-Order: place the reserved lens for pre-order
2. Cancel: cancels the lens in reservation
3. IOD/SID: prompt the IOD/SID screen pop-up. From the screen, you can generate the IOD/SID

Status Indications
Direct Customer:
- Reserved (not in cart): the reservation has been placed successfully. The lens will remain in reservation for a period of time based on your region’s agreement.
- Reserved (in cart): the lens in reservation is currently placed in the shopping cart for order.
- Ordered: the reservation has been placed for order.
- Expired: the reservation passed its expiration date.
- Canceled: the reservation is canceled.
Surgeons Who Order Through a Distributor:
- Reserved: the reservation has been placed successfully. The lens will remain in reservation for a period of time based on your region’s agreement.
- Pre-Ordered: the reservation has been placed successfully for pre-order.
- Expired: the reservation passed its expiration date.
- Canceled: the reservation is canceled.
Distributor:
- Reserved (not in cart): the reservation has been placed successfully. The lens will remain in reservation for a period of time based on your region’s agreement.
- Pre-Ordered (not in cart): the lens is pre-ordered but is not in the cart or a lens has been removed from the shopping cart.
- Pre-Ordered (in cart): the pre-ordered lens is in the cart or a distributor added a reservation to the cart.
- Ordered: the reservation has been placed for order.
- Expired: the reservation passed its expiration date.
- Canceled: the reservation is canceled.
