Please note that any changes applied to this order by STAAR Surgical will not show on this order confirmation. Please reference your invoice for updated order details.

Note: For orders with multiple lenses ordered for a patient’s operative eye, the first lens selected is indicated as the primary lens, any additional lenses ordered are indicated as backup. Only the primary lens is billed to you, and backup lenses are charged if not returned within 75 days.
